Welcome to Beachlyfe (the “App”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, its services, and associated features. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

  • “Beachlyfe,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the owners and operators of the App.
  • “User” or “you” refers to anyone accessing or using the App, including end-users and vendors.
  • “Services” refers to the functionalities offered by the App, including booking beach essentials, connecting with vendors, and managing transactions.
  • “Vendor” refers to businesses or individuals offering products or services through the App.

  1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Account Creation and Management

    3. Vendors must undergo additional verification and approval from the Super Admin before accessing vendor-specific features.

    2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    3. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breaches.
    4. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.
    1. Account Termination
    2. Users may delete their accounts through the App settings.
    3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with these Terms.

  1. Services Provided
  • For Users
  • Book beach essentials (e.g., chairs, umbrellas) through the App.
  • Communicate with vendors for bookings and custom requests.
  • View and manage booking statuses, including accepted, rejected, or completed bookings.
  • Access features like wallet management, notifications, and reviews.
  • For Vendors
  • List products, services, and custom packages.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and reviews through the Vendor Interface.
  • Monitor sales performance and access analytics.
  • Comply with Beachlyfe policies, including restrictions on listing food and beverages.
  • Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be confirmed by the vendor.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • Refunds are credited to the user’s wallet unless otherwise specified.

  1. User Conduct
  • Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Misrepresent themselves or impersonate others.
  • Upload offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
  • Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their services.
  • Deliver services as described in the booking details.
  • Avoid listing prohibited items, including food and beverages.

  1. Payments and Refunds
  • Payments
  • Users must provide valid payment information at the time of booking.
  • Vendors receive partial payments upon booking confirmation and the balance upon booking completion.
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations initiated by users within the specified timeframe will result in refunds to their wallet.
  • Refunds for rejected bookings are processed automatically.
  • Refund disputes are resolved at the discretion of Beachlyfe.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, designs, trademarks, and features on the App are owned by Beachlyfe.
  • Users and vendors may not reproduce, distribute, or use any App content without prior written consent.

  1. Privacy and Data Use
  • By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
  • Vendors must handle user data responsibly and comply with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • General Limitations
  • Beachlyfe is not responsible for disputes between users and vendors.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of vendor listings or services.
  • Service Interruptions
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or unauthorized access to your account.

  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Disputes related to bookings or refunds should first be reported through the App’s support system.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Super Admin.
  • Beachlyfe reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes.

  1. Modifications to the Terms
  • We may update these Terms periodically.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes through the App or email.
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
